EDUCATION
Neye is a graduate of Industrial Relations from the University of Ibadan. He also obtained the Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management by examination from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in General Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Neye is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, FCIPM and a former Chairman of the Board of Fellows – CIPM, Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management of Nigeria – FNIM, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, FIMC, and he is a Certified Management Consultant, CMC, among others
CAREER
Neye has 24 years experience in Human Resources, Administration and General Management in two successful blue-chip multinational companies. He spent 18 years in Nestle Plc., where he rose to the position of Human Resources Manager, a Senior Management position and another 6 (six) years with Promasidor Nigeria Limited, all the years in Promasidor as Human Resources and Administration Controller (General Manager Grade) reporting to the Managing Director, and a member of the Executive Committee before setting up ORFI Management Services Limited in 2006. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Orfi Management Services Limited, a leading Human Capital and Business Process Outsourcing Company in Nigeria
